​Also known as sports massage, areas of dysfunction are identified through an in-depth assessment of your movement, posture, and gait. I will then apply a combination of Neuromuscular, (NMT), Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy (MET), Myofascial Release (MFR), and Positional Release (PR) techniques, as appropriate. Everyone can benefit from STRT regardless of ability, age, or current level of physical activity.
My expertly crafted version of deep tissue uses a high 30% concentration magnesium gel, applied transdermally, to target prominent areas of pain and tension. With pressure tailored to you, I will use a combination of advanced deep tissue techniques, applied through the use of a warming blend of Cajeput, Clove, Camphor, Cinnamon and Menthol essential oils in an organic Cannabis Sativa carrier oil (Hemp Seed).

If you feel like you're running on empty, go from Zero to Zen with Soul Serenity™, my signature massage treatment, and version of traditional Swedish relaxation. Circulation is improved, toxins are eliminated and soreness is soothed. Using a combination of slow, soothing massage strokes, and a sumptuous blend of Lavender & Ylang-Ylang in organic Sunflower oil, a deep feeling of relaxation and balance is created.
Finally, an aromatherapy treatment that is as unique as you are. Your current physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological needs are ascertained. A range of essential oils are presented: your olfactory sense will guide you to the ones you need. A skin analysis will determine the best carrier oil for you and your sacred blend will be created. It will then be applied through a fusion of intuitively guided therapeutic techniques.

Be transported to the beautiful island of Hawaii with this ancient and traditional massage. The ebb and flow of the Pacific Ocean is created in this deeply relaxing treatment. Exotic Pikake and Plumeria essential oils are expertly blended into a carrier of traditional Tamanu and Kukui nut oils, which can be adapted for those with a nut allergy.
For thousands of years, Bamboo has represented fertility, youth, prosperity, and serenity in many different Asian countries, the continent from which this treatment stems. In this deeply relaxing massage, I will glide different sizes of warmed bamboo across your body with a heavenly blend of Pink Lotus Flower in Peach Kernel oil.
